1.Inside communication: In order to communicate efficiently, we developed our own management
software system¡ªJob Manager. It has built a solid system for company management. By using Job
Manager system, information could be send to nominate person at the very first moment. Also our
system keeps every single process in database. Therefore, people could search pervious record very
easily. We also have an efficient feedback system. Every advise and opinion from employee will be
send to the chief and will be considered.
2.Training: We have a consummate training facility for our employee and manager. Various of
training, eg: management training, business training, specialist training etc are available for
different staff.
3.Information board: The newest information or announcement will be put on the information
board.4.Activities: To reduce the work pressure for employee from daily work, our company will
hold some activities at week end, eg: party, movie, outing, etc.
